By accessing or using nightshiftmarket.com or joining Night Crew Rewards (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NightShift LLC ("NightShift," "we," "us," or "our") operates a rewards/loyalty program and business information website. NightShift does not process orders or payments directly — all orders are placed through third-party delivery platforms (currently DoorDash and Uber Eats).
Earning points: You earn 1 point per $1 of verified order total. Submit your order number and total through your profile; points are credited after admin review and approval.
Redemption tiers: Rewards may be redeemed for tiers described on our Rewards page, subject to change.
Points expiration: Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned.
No stacking: Reward redemptions cannot be combined with bundle pricing or other promotional offers. This policy is enforced at NightShift's discretion at the time of redemption.
Program changes: NightShift may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Night Crew Rewards program, including reward tiers and point values, at any time.
Affiliate program applications are reviewed and approved at NightShift's sole discretion. Compensation and specific requirements, if any, will be provided separately upon approval and are not guaranteed by submitting an application.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity associated with your account.
You agree not to submit fraudulent point claims, misrepresent orders, or otherwise abuse the rewards or affiliate program.
DoorDash, Uber Eats, and any other linked platforms are governed by their own separate terms of service. NightShift is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NightShift does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NightShift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
