NightShift LLC ("NightShift," "we," "us," or "our") operates nightshiftmarket.com and the Night Crew Rewards program. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our website or joining Night Crew Rewards, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you join Night Crew Rewards, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and birthday (optional).
Order verification: When you submit an order for rewards points, we collect the delivery platform (DoorDash or Uber Eats), your order number, and order total.
Affiliate applications: If you apply to our affiliate program, we collect your name, email, Instagram and/or TikTok handle, follower count, and any message you provide.
Usage data: We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site, including pages visited and general location/device information.
We use the information we collect to create and manage your Night Crew Rewards account; verify orders and credit reward points; communicate with you about your account, rewards, or orders; evaluate affiliate program applications; improve our website and services; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate our business, each bound to use it only to provide their service to us: Vercel (hosting our website and application), Neon (hosting our database), and Google Analytics or a comparable analytics provider (understanding site traffic). If you place an order through DoorDash or Uber Eats, that order is subject to their own separate privacy policies — NightShift does not process your payment or delivery information for platform orders.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your Night Crew Rewards account. If analytics tools are enabled, they may also set cookies to help us understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect site functionality.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate it or as needed for our business records.
